Project Manager

Role

As a Project Manager at Geostar Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and vendors.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Site Engineer

Role

As a Site Engineer at Geostar Projects, you will play a key role in the execution of construction projects on-site. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that construction activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and laborers on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Conduct quality inspections and ensure that workmanship meets quality requirements.
  • Monitor progress and report on site activities to project management.
  • Identify and resolve construction-related issues and challenges.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in construction site engineering or related role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
